Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a lesson, please contact at least 24 hours before the schedule time. Failure to do so may result in being charged the cost of the experience . If you have prepaid, it will count as a completed experience. ​Please also be aware that experiences are held outside and so there may be cancelations due to inclement weather. We will endeavour to provide notice as far in advance as possible.
