Waiver/ Terms and Conditions

On my behalf, and on the behalf of any minor children participating in these activities, for whom I am legally responsible, 

 

I/We hereby agree to assume all responsibility and risk of riding horses/ participating in camp activities from Fire and Glory Ranch and further agree to hold Fire and Glory Ranch’s Teachers, Trainers, Employees,Volunteers or anyone else under Fire and Glory Ranch’s personnel,  harmless from all damages of liability for any injury to person or property arising as a result of use, rental, lesson, camp or activity of said horses, activities or equipment or while on the property of Fire and Glory Ranch.

I/We further acknowledge that any physical and/or mental disabilities constitute full and absolute disclosure and that accepting such full and complete disclosure there are no other medical reasons that would affect my child’s  participation in equestrian or other  activities on the ranch. 

The participant is responsible for all costs associated with his/her own medical needs.

I hereby give permission to have staff arrange for any emergency medical care including hospitalization if necessary.

I/We grant permission to Fire and Glory Ranch and anyone authorized by Fire and Glory Ranch to take photographs and/or videos of the above named person for instruction or publicity purposes.

I agree to accept the possibility of flaws, distortions or inaccuracies of reproduction for whatever reason.
